Receptionist Cum Computer Operator

First point of contact for all showroom walk-ins. Responsible for customer experience, enquiry management, and smooth coordination between customers and sales team.

Welcome every customer entering the showroom in a professional and courteous manner

Understand customer requirement and assign them to the appropriate Sales Executive

Create and maintain accurate customer enquiries using the dealership mobile application

Maintain proper walk-in records and ensure no enquiry is missed

Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries

Assist customers during vehicle delivery process and ensure a smooth experience

Interact with customers at delivery to collect feedback, reviews, and referrals

Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and maintain call logs

Ensure showroom front desk area is presentable and well-managed at all times

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of smartphones/apps and data entry

Customer-first attitude with focus on satisfaction and experience
