Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer support through various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address concerns or issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to share insights gathered from social media interactions.


Requirements:
