Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive, client-focused, and organized CRM Executive / Customer Relationship Manager to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate campaign requirements, and maintain long-term partnerships. This role involves acting as the bridge between clients and internal creative teams to ensure successful project execution and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client objectives, marketing goals, and campaign expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
- Coordinate with creative, copywriting, media, and design teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Manage client accounts, project timelines, budgets, and reporting.
- Address client concerns, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights, updates, and recommendations with clients.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer databases, and communication history.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for agency services.
- Assist Operations and accounting on issuing accurate invoice/billing to customer.
- Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software, customer databases, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
- Understanding of advertising campaigns, branding, and digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
