Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Client Consultation & AssessmentUnderstand client concerns (weight loss, inch loss, skin issues)
- Conduct basic body/skin analysis as per Velnesi protocol
- Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
- Coordinate with Dietician/Sr. Dietician for customized plans
- 2. Treatment ExecutionPerform slimming therapies (inch loss, body contouring)
- Conduct skincare treatments (facials, clean-ups, advanced therapies)
- Use machines and equipment as per SOP (RF, Cavitation, etc.)
- Ensure proper technique, safety, and hygiene during treatments
- 3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild strong rapport with clients
- Educate clients about treatment plans and home care
- Handle queries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally
- Ensure high client retention and satisfaction
- 4. Hygiene & MaintenanceMaintain strict hygiene and sanitization standards
- Clean and sterilize tools, machines, and treatment rooms
- Follow clinic safety and operational protocols
- 5. Sales Support & UpsellingRecommend suitable packages, products, and upgrades
- Support sales team in achieving branch targets
- Promote Velnesi services and offers to clients
- 6. Documentation & ReportingUpdate daily treatment records
- Track client progress (weight, inches, skin improvement)
- Report any issues to Branch Manager/Sr. Therapist
