Job Description
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to manage front desk operations at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle bookings through OYO and other platforms
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Maintain booking records and coordinate room availability
Ensure positive guest experience and encourage reviews
Maintain high ratings and guest satisfaction standards
Work Timing:
9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Working Days:
Monday to Monday (weekly off can be discussed)
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (including food and accommodation)
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist (hotel experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of apps and booking systems
Good communication skills
Responsible and professional attitude
