Lead, supervise, and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work
Motivate team members to improve productivity and morale
Conduct team meetings and training sessions
Handle escalations and resolve team-related issues
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
- Required Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of reporting and MS Office
Work Schedule
· Days: Monday to Saturday
· Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
· Weekly Off: Sunday
