Job Description – Telesales ExecutivePosition: Telesales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products and services effectively to generate sales.
• Convert leads into customers through persuasive communication.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare daily call reports and sales performance updates.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
