Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing showroom sales, assisting in achieving team sales targets, managing and guiding the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and supporting overall business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the showroom
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
• Monitor sales activities, customer inquiries, and conversion rates
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with management regarding sales strategies and performance updates
• Maintain sales reports, customer data, and daily activity records
• Support lead generation and business development initiatives
• Ensure proper product presentation and showroom discipline

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5-6 years of experience in sales or showroom sales management
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle team coordination and sales pressure
