Role Overview:

As a Team Leader - Sales, you will lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving team performance, and contributing to the overall success of Bhasin Motors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, dealerships, and internal teams.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their sales skills and professional development.

• Proven track record in automotive sales with a demonstrable history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a sales team effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry, including market dynamics and product offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
