Associate Manager - Admin
Responsibilities
Office Management & Operations
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure efficient workflows.
- Maintain office infrastructure, supplies, and equipment.
- Implement and monitor office policies, procedures, and systems for operational efficiency.
Staff Supervision & Support
- Lead and mentor junior administrative staff.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR and financial regulations.
- Manage records, databases, and documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Budget & Resource Management
- Assist in preparing and monitoring administrative budgets.
- Optimize resource utilization and cost control measures.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for administrative requirements.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
- Address and resolve complex administrative queries and operational challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.
