Job Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the advertising company, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments including Sales, Client Servicing, Creative, Digital Marketing, HR, Finance, and Administration. The COO will develop operational strategies, improve productivity, ensure timely project delivery, maximize profitability, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee the day-to-day business operations of the company.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor workflow and ensure smooth coordination among all departments.
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.

Business Growth

• Work closely with the CEO/MD to achieve company revenue and profitability goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and operational improvements.
• Develop systems and processes that support business expansion.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor department heads.
• Establish performance goals and monitor departmental KPIs.
• Conduct regular review meetings and ensure accountability across teams.
• Promote a positive, performance-driven work culture.

Project & Client Management

• Ensure all advertising and marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Resolve operational challenges affecting client satisfaction.
• Monitor project quality and client service standards.

Financial & Budget Management

• Monitor operational budgets and control expenses.
• Analyze operational reports and business performance.
• Collaborate with the Finance team for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Process Improvement

• Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Introduce automation and workflow improvements where applicable.
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's
• 8–15 years of experience in operations or senior management.
• Experience in an Advertising, Marketing, Branding, Digital Marketing, or Media company is highly preferred.
