Client Relationship Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a smart, responsible, and proactive candidate for the role of Office Assistant / Client Relationship Executive at Webitof.

The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, coordinating with developers, tracking project progress, arranging meetings, understanding client requirements, and preparing daily and monthly reports.

This role is ideal for someone who has good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and knows how to manage team follow-ups and client updates professionally.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle new client onboarding and communication setup
• Create and manage WhatsApp groups for project coordination
• Take daily work updates from developers and share progress with clients
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings
• Understand client requirements and explain them clearly to the development team
• Follow up with developers for timely work completion
• Prepare daily reports for management
• Prepare monthly reports of project progress, delay, and status
• Required Skills: Basic computer knowledge
• MS Word and MS Excel knowledge
• Good internet and email handling skills
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Team coordination and client handling skills
• Basic technical understanding of websites or apps
• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive attitude
• Preferred Candidate: Good at follow-ups and coordination
• Able to communicate clearly with clients and team
• Serious and long-term work mindset
• Freshers with good communication and computer knowledge can also apply

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
