Job Description
Prepare and issue invoices to clients/customers in a timely manner.
Verify billing data, including contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate billing records and update financial databases.
Resolve billing errors and discrepancies through coordination with relevant departments.
Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
