We are looking for a creative, passionate, and self-driven Creative Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will contribute to graphic design, video production, content creation, and social media management. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our music and brand.

We create original music, videos, and digital content across multiple genres and styles. Furthermore, we focus on meaningful storytelling, artistic expression, and audience engagement. As a result, our work reaches audiences through music, visual media, and digital platforms.

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and self-driven Creative Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will contribute to graphic design, video production, content creation, and social media management. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our music and brand. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment. Moreover, they should be able to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences.

Graphic Design

You will design song artwork, album covers, YouTube thumbnails, posters, banners, and promotional creatives. In addition, you will create visual assets for social media campaigns, reels, stories, and advertisements. Furthermore, you will ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Video Production & Editing

You will shoot videos for songs, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and promotional campaigns. Subsequently, you will edit music videos, YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social media content. Additionally, you will enhance content with motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and subtitles whenever required.

Social Media Management

You will manage and grow our presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Meanwhile, you will plan and maintain content calendars to ensure a consistent publishing schedule. Furthermore, you will monitor audience engagement, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements based on insights.

Content Creation

You will generate creative ideas for music promotion and audience engagement. Moreover, you will assist in developing concepts for videos, campaigns, and digital storytelling initiatives. Finally, you will stay updated with industry trends and platform best practices to help keep our content relevant and effective.
