Job Description
Dhanashree Investment is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
* Assist clients with inquiries and service requests.
* Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
* Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
* Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
