Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Hindi Typing Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, format, and manage data in Hindi and English. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and a strong focus on accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Type and enter data in Hindi (Unicode/Krutidev as required) with high accuracy.
• Perform data entry in MS Excel, MS Word, and other software applications.
• Convert handwritten or printed documents into digital format.
• Verify, edit, and proofread entered data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain digital records and organize files systematically.
• Generate reports and update databases as required.
• Coordinate with team members for data verification and corrections.
• Ensure confidentiality of organizational data.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Hindi Typing (Unicode/Inscript/Krutidev).
• Basic English typing and comprehension.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Fast and accurate typing speed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic internet and email handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Hindi data entry (Freshers with excellent typing skills may also apply).
• Familiarity with document scanning, PDF conversion, and data formatting is an advantage.
