Field Sales Executive

Om Trading Company is looking for an experienced Retail FMCG Sales Executive to expand our retailer network and increase sales across the assigned territory.

• Responsibilities:Visit retailers daily and generate orders.
• Develop new retailers and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Increase product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
• Promote company products, schemes, and offers.
• Follow up on payments and collections.
• Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely supply.
• Requirements:2–5 years of experience in Retail FMCG Sales.
• Experience in General Trade (GT) is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the local retail market.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Basic smartphone skills for order booking and reporting.

Preferred Experience:Experience in selling Grocery, Food Products, Edible Oil, Besan, Pulses, Soya Products, or other FMCG products.
