HR Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.

Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.

Assist in payroll processing by preparing attendance and salary-related data.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.

Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.

Support performance management activities, including appraisals and feedback processes.

Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness programs.

Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and maintain HR databases.

Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, employee turnover, and workforce metrics.

Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.

Conduct exit interviews and assist with full-and-final settlement processes.

Collaborate with department managers to fulfill staffing requirements.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Support HR policy implementation and continuous process improvement.
