Job Description

End-to-end Recruitment & Selection process.

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring activities.

Employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

Maintaining employee records and HR databases.

Attendance, leave, and manpower tracking.

Coordination with operations team for manpower deployment.

Employee engagement and grievance handling.

Preparation of HR reports and MIS.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
