Job Description (JD) – HR RecruiterPosition: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per client requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Handle joining formalities and candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring techniques.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
• Experience in using job portals and social media recruitment.
• Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Freshers can apply.
• Experience of 0–3 years in recruitment or HR.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Experience in bulk hiring will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Based on Performance)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
