Job Description
- Partnering with Managers: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and outline clear hiring criteria.
- Job Advertising: Craft compelling job descriptions and post them across various job boards, career pages, and internal channels.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively hunt for active and passive talent using LinkedIn, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Screening & Assessment: Evaluate incoming applications, review resumes, and conduct initial phone/video screenings for technical and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate structured interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring teams.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Offer Management: Facilitate the final selection process, negotiate compensation packages, and extend formal job offers.
- Onboarding Support: Assist the HR team in preparing new-hire documentation and executing smooth pre-boarding processes.
- Data Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience working as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar corporate/agency role.
- Tech Savviness: Hands-on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse) and professional databases like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to handle salary discussions and close candidates.
- Compliance: Solid understanding of local labor laws and fair employment hiring practices.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple open job requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
