Job Description

  • HR Intern – Recruitment


  • CompanyLocation: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
  • Employment Type: Internship (3–6 months, extendable)
  • Eligibility: Freshers & Students pursuing HR/Management


  • Key Responsibilities :-


  • Candidate sourcing support: Assist recruiters in searching profiles via job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Resume screening: Review CVs and shortlist candidates under guidance.
  • Interview coordination: Schedule interviews, share details with candidates, and follow up.
  • Job posting: Draft and publish openings on portals and social platforms.
  • Database management: Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
  • Onboarding assistance: Support induction and joining formalities.
  • Employer branding: Contribute to social media posts and campus drives.


  • Required Skills :-


  • Communication skills: Clear verbal and written ability.
  • MS Office basics: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to interact with candidates and team members.
  • Learning mindset: Eagerness to gain practical HR exposure.


  • Qualifications :-


  • Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers welcome; no prior experience required.
