Salary/Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with the HR team for daily hiring requirements.
• Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals.
• Maintain accurate records in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
• Achieve assigned hiring targets within deadlines.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment is an added advantage.
• EligibilityGraduate or pursuing final year in any discipline.
• MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, or equivalent candidates preferred.
