Job Description – Industrial Paint Sales ExecutivePosition: Industrial Paint Sales Executive
Location: Raipur / Field Sales
Salary: As per experience + Incentives
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales for industrial paints and coating products
- Visit factories, industries, workshops, and manufacturing units for business development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Explain product features, applications, and technical benefits to customers
- Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain daily sales reports and client follow-ups
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of industrial paints/coatings preferred
- Field sales and client handling experience
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Good presentation and convincing skills
- QualificationGraduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in industrial sales, paint sales, hardware sales, or B2B sales preferred
- Additional RequirementsTwo-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
- Candidate should be comfortable with field visits and travelling
