Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Female Showroom Sales Executive for our lighting showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting decorative, residential, commercial, and architectural lighting products while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their lighting requirements.

Guide customers in selecting suitable lighting products, including LED lights, decorative lights, chandeliers, pendant lights, outdoor lights, and commercial lighting solutions.

Explain product specifications, features, energy efficiency, and pricing.

Prepare quotations and assist customers with order placement.

Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented attractively.

Coordinate with the inventory and dispatch team regarding product availability.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue growth.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

Maintain customer records and generate repeat business.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Basic knowledge of computers, billing software, and MS Office.

Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest suitable lighting solutions.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in showroom sales, retail sales, interior products, electricals, lighting, furniture, or home décor will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
