Sales & Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Sales Manager for our Construction Machinery and Equipment division. The candidate will be responsible for selling construction machinery and equipment, building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and site engineers, and generating new business opportunities. The role involves explaining product details to customers, visiting project sites to understand requirements, closing sales deals, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups while maintaining long-term customer relationships. The candidate will also be expected to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of construction machinery and equipment, along with 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the construction industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently in a field-based role. A graduate in any stream with basic computer knowledge is required, and owning a two-wheeler is preferred for site visits. The salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives, depending on experience.
