Job Description
Key Responsibilities
l Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
l Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
l Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
l Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
l Ensure accuracy of general ledger entries and account reconciliations
l Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports
l Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST
l Generating invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basis
l Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
l Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
l Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
l Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
l Support tax preparation and regulatory reporting
