Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:


1. Plan and organize eye check-up camps.

2. Coordinate with schools, offices, societies, and institutions.

3. Ensure timely camp setup and smooth operations.

4. Drive maximum participant attendance at each camp.

5. Maintain accurate participant and lead records.

6. Promote Lenstrack products and services during camps.

7. Generate store visit appointments from camp attendees.

8. Coordinate with the optometrist and support staff.

9. Submit daily camp and performance reports.

10. Achieve monthly camp, lead generation, and sales targets.
