Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day outdoor plant operations.
• Monitor raw material receipt, unloading, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure smooth loading and unloading of materials and finished goods.
• Manage and deploy manpower effectively to achieve operational targets.
• Maintain records of material movement and daily operational activities.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Monitor equipment utilization and report any operational issues.
• Maintain discipline and productivity among workers at the site.
• Assist management in achieving production and dispatch schedules.
• Required Skills:Strong supervision and team management skills.
• Good coordination and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of plant operations, logistics, and material handling.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Qualification:12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in plant operations, field supervision, or industrial environments preferred.
• Fresh candidates with good coordination skills may also apply.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor plant conditions.
• Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Ability to handle manpower and operational challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices will be an added advantage.

Duty Hours: 8–12 Hours Shift (As Per Requirement)

Weekly Off: As per company policy
