1. Assistant Accountant – 01 Position Job Description:

• Maintain daily accounting records and data entries
• Handle invoices, vouchers, and billing processes
• Assist in GST, TDS, and tax-related documentation
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Support senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing
• Maintain financial files and reports accurately
• Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software preferred

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of GST and Tally
• Good communication and organizational skills

2. Head Accountant – 01 Position Job Description:

• Manage complete accounting operations and financial records
• Supervise accounting staff and daily transactions
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and audits
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Monitor budgeting, cash flow, and banking activities
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and management
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
• 4–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of taxation and accounting standards
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and MS Office
• Leadership and team management skills
