Job Summary
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and monitoring the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. The role includes team management, customer relationship management, performance tracking, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
* Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
* Generate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
* Conduct regular sales meetings and team briefings.
* Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales executives.
* Ensure proper customer handling and follow-up.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
* Coordinate with marketing and other departments to increase sales.
* Resolve customer complaints and escalation cases.
* Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/DMS systems.
* Track market trends and competitor activities.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
