• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor daily rice production line operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Allocate manpower effectively and manage shift-wise production activities.
• Ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment for maximum productivity.
• Monitor production targets, output quality, and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and defects.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and dispatch requirements.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Implement safety, housekeeping, and quality standards on the shop floor.
• Train and guide operators and production workers for efficient performance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
• Qualifications & Requirements:Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (Technical qualification preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in production supervision, preferably in a rice mill or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of production processes, machinery operations, and workforce management.
• Ability to handle production targets and shop-floor operations.
