🧾 Job Summary:
Inext Securities Automation is looking for dynamic and result-driven Techno-Commercial professionals who can visit industrial plants, interact with clients, understand their requirements, and generate business enquiries for security and automation solutions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Visit industrial plants, factories, and project sites to identify opportunities
- Generate new enquiries and business leads
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals/quotations
- Coordinate with the technical team for solution design and execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on leads and convert them into orders
- Maintain proper reporting of visits, leads, and pipeline
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate (Electrical / Electronics / IT / Marketing preferred)
- Freshers with good communication OR experienced candidates can apply
- Basic understanding of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Networking systems is a plus
🛠️ Required Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Basic technical understanding of security systems
- Sales and lead generation mindset
- Confidence in client interaction and presentations
- Basic MS Excel & email communication skills
🚗 Additional Requirements:
- Valid ID
- Comfortable with frequent plant visits and field work
💼 Experience:
- 0–3 Years (Sales / Technical / Field Experience preferred)
💰 Salary:
- As per Industry Standard’s & based on experience
