Job Summary: Boli Junction Private Limited is looking for a confident and hardworking Telecaller who can make outbound calls, explain our services to business owners, generate leads, and convert interested clients.

The candidate should be comfortable speaking with suppliers, vendors, business owners, and service providers and should be able to explain tender-related services in a simple and professional manner.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to potential clients and business owners.
2. Explain company services such as tender support, bid filing, registration support, documentation support, and business growth services.
3. Generate qualified leads from calling activity.
4. Follow up with interested clients regularly.
5. Maintain proper calling records, client details, remarks, and follow-up status.
6. Share interested leads with the senior team for closure.
7. Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead/conversion targets.
8. Handle basic client queries politely and professionally.
9. Coordinate with the back-office team for document collection and client updates.
10. Build good relationships with clients for repeat business.

Daily Target: The candidate is expected to make approximately 150–200 calls per day, depending on data quality and follow-up workload.

1. Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi.
2. Basic understanding of English is preferred.
3. Confidence in speaking with new people over phone.
4. Ability to explain services clearly.
5. Basic computer knowledge.
6. Good follow-up discipline.
7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
8. Target-oriented mindset.
9. Preferred CandidatePrior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or lead generation will be preferred.
10. Freshers may also apply if they are confident and willing to learn.
11. Female candidates preferred for office-based telecalling role.
12. Candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and sincere.

Salary Structure

Fixed Salary: As per experience and interview performance

Incentive: Performance-based incentive may be provided on qualified leads, closures, or target achievement.
