Job Description

Responsibilities:


Supervise and guide waiters and stewards


Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations


Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction


Monitor table allocation and reservations


Train new staff on service standards


Coordinate with kitchen and management team


Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service quality standards
