Hardware Production Manager

SAUC Minimal Systems is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Hardware Production Manager to oversee hardware production operations, inventory planning, quality control, vendor coordination, and dispatch management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, timely execution, and maintaining high-quality standards for architectural hardware systems.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete hardware production and assembly operations.
• Plan and monitor daily production schedules and targets.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and dispatch departments.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and hardware components.
• Supervise production staff, helpers, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain production quality standards and reduce material wastage.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
• Ensure proper packaging and dispatch planning.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for production requirements.
• Implement process improvements for better efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain production reports, stock records, and operational documentation.
• Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and smooth workflow management.
• RequirementsExperience in hardware, aluminium systems, architectural hardware, or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Basic to advanced computer knowledge (Excel/ERP preferred).
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and operational management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and production pressure.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or relevant field preferred.
• Prior experience in fenestration, aluminium systems, or hardware manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• SalarySalary will be based on experience, knowledge, and interview performance.
