Quality Supervisor

We are hiring a Quality Supervisor/Inspector to perform inspection and quality

checks of LPG cylinders during bottling operations. The role involves

ensuring safety standards, identifying defects, maintaining records, and

supporting compliance with regulatory norms. The candidate should have basic

technical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in quality

inspection .

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect LPG cylinders for weight accuracy, leakage, valve condition, and sealing quality

Ensure filled cylinders meet prescribed standards and safety norms

Perform pre-fill and post-fill checks as per SOPs

Identify and segregate defective or unsafe cylinders

Conduct random sampling and quality audits during bottling operations

Maintain records of inspections, test results, and non-conformities

Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues

Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines (e.g., PESO norms)

Report any defects or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
