Job Description

Job Summary:The Logistics Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations in an e-commerce environment. This includes order processing, shipment coordination, inventory tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily order processing and dispatch activities
  • Manage shipment planning with courier partners
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Handle return, refund, and reverse logistics processes
  • Maintain inventory records and stock updates
  • Coordinate with warehouse and seller support teams
  • Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments
  • Monitor delivery performance and improve turnaround time
  • Maintain reports for dispatch, delivery, and returns
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with logistics processes
