🧾 Overview:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing operations of agarbatti production, ensuring quality standards, efficient use of resources, and timely completion of production targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily production activities of agarbatti (mixing, rolling, drying, packaging)
• Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
• Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products
• Maintain consistency in fragrance, size, and finish of agarbattis
• Train and guide workers on proper production techniques
• Allocate tasks and manage workforce efficiently
• Ensure machinery and tools are properly maintained
• Minimise wastage of raw materials and improve productivity
• Maintain production records, reports, and inventory levels
• Follow safety and hygiene standards in the production area
• Coordinate with procurement and packaging teams
