Job Description

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

Prepare sales, purchase, payment and receipt entries.

Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash records.

Maintain invoices, vouchers and accounting documents.

Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance work.

Follow up with customers and vendors for payments.

Prepare basic MIS and financial reports.

Coordinate with the Finance and other departments.

Support month-end and year-end account closing activities.
