Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal) 

• Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking 

• Manage GST-related work (sales entries, purchase entries, returns, reconciliation) 

• Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, and vouchers 

• Monitor accounts receivable and payable 

• Assist in monthly and yearly closing 

• Coordinate with auditors, CA, and consultants 

• Ensure proper documentation and filing 

• Track and follow up on outstanding payments 

• Maintain inventory accounting (if applicable)

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles 

• Experience in GST, TDS, and basic compliance 

• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel 

• Attention to detail and accuracy 

• Good communication and coordination skills
