Job Description
We are hiring a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers and collecting overdue payments. The role involves regular field visits, maintaining records, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit customers for payment collection
• Follow up on pending dues
• Maintain daily collection records
• Submit reports to the manager
• Handle basic customer queries
• Ensure timely recovery of payments
• Police verification is mandatory for this role
