Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our dealer/distributor network.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential dealers and distributors, generating business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence across assigned territories.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Manage and strengthen existing dealer relationships
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Promote agriculture machinery and engineering products
- Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and support teams for smooth execution
- Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management
- Qualifications & SkillsStrong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Strong problem-solving and market analysis skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
