Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Processing: Collecting, recording, and updating data, including customer information, sales figures, and inventory levels in CRM systems or databases.
- Administrative Support: Managing office equipment, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence (emails/phone calls).
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing reports, drafting documents, maintaining files, and ensuring documentation complies with company policies.
- Financial Support: Assisting with accounts, creating invoices, issuing receipts, reconciling accounts, and supporting payroll processing.
- Operational Coordination: Monitoring project timelines, validating transactions, and communicating between departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Research & Compliance: Conducting market research, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Indeed +8
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is commonly required
