Business Development Executive

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is eager to learn the ropes of client engagement and business development. As a BDE, you'll work directly with clients, understanding their needs, communicating our offerings, and being involved in real conversations and closures from day one. You'll start with a structured training program so you know exactly what you're doing before you begin.

What You'll Be Learning

● Engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and clearly explaining what we offer and how we work

● Building rapport with clients, following up, handling objections, and working toward closing deals

● Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure they're satisfied and keep coming back

● Spotting opportunities to offer additional services that genuinely fit the client's needs

● Supporting clients through onboarding and coordinating with internal teams post-closure

● Keeping track of your interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in our internal systems

● Working toward individual and team targets

You'd Be a Good Fit If You

● Have a degree in Management or Commerce (preferred)

● Are eager to learn and open to feedback

● Are comfortable talking to clients and following up consistently
