Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback
- Visit customers as per approved tour plan and expand market reach
- Ensure timely collection of payments through company-authorized modes only
- Submit tour expenses on time and obtain necessary approvals
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or a similar role
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel as per business needs (candidates with personal bike preferred)
