Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Make B2B tele-calls to businesses across various cities to develop new clients and dealer networks.
  • Handle order booking and payment follow-ups with existing and new customers.
  • Maintain and grow the client database through regular follow-ups.
  • Utilize digital platforms like IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube for lead generation and brand promotion.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team and provide backend support.
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain CRM data (if applicable).


  • Skills Required:


  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, CRM tools
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Ability to handle client calls confidently and professionally
  • Basic understanding of industrial or machinery-related products (preferred but not mandatory)
