Role Overview 

We are looking for a driven and professional Business Development Executive to join Skilluence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business 

opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US and Canadian markets. This role requires excellent communication skills,

 market awareness, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities 

•Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US and Canadian markets. 

•Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels. 

•Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT consulting and technology solutions. 

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospects. 

•Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients. 

•Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, consulting, delivery) to ensure client success. 

•Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools. 

•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

•Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field. 

•1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (IT services preferred). 

•Strong understanding of IT consulting, staffing, or technology services. 

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

•Confidence in speaking with US-based clients and decision-makers. 

•Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. 

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. 

•Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office/Google Workspace. 

Plus Points 

•Experience selling IT consulting, staffing, or technology solutions in the US market. 

•Knowledge of recruitment, OPT/CPT/US hiring ecosystem (a plus). 

•Prior experience working with international clients or remote teams.
