Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our domestic and international sales for jewellery machinery and tools. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new leads in jewellery manufacturing industries (India & International)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new markets, dealers, and distributors
  • Handle inquiries and convert them into sales

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with jewellery manufacturers, exporters, and retailers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

3. Product & Technical Understanding

  • Learn and explain company products (machinery, tools, custom solutions)
  • Coordinate with production team for customized orders
  • Provide basic technical guidance to clients

4. Team & Process Management

  • Manage and guide inside sales / field sales team
  • Track daily sales activities and reporting
  • Improve sales processes and conversion rates

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Suggest improvements in pricing, product, or sales strategy

Experience:

  • 5-10 years in B2B sales (preferably machinery / industrial / jewellery sector)

Skills:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of sales pipeline & CRM
  • Ability to handle international clients (preferred)
  • Problem-solving & customer-focused mindset
