Job Description

Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting products.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and warranty details.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.

Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability and deliveries.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.

Process billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending orders.

Keep up to date with new lighting products and industry trends.

Support stock checking and inventory management when required.
